Kathleen has worked with the Pacific community within the health and social sector for more than 18 years. She has a background in Law and Management. She has sat on various governance and Advisory groups to Ministers, government and community agencies. Kathleen was also the CEO for Fonua Ola Network and Business and Operations Manager for Vaka Tautua for several years.
Kathleen attended the University of Auckland graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science and a Bachelor of Laws.

Susan Prescott Taufa
General Manager, Financial Wellbeing Services
Susan is a Home Loan Specialist and a Registered Financial Advisor. She has spent 15 years at the ANZ bank as a Home Loan Specialist and 18 years overall supporting families into Homeownership. She brings a wealth of financial knowledge and passion to serve the community. Susan leads the Financial Wellbeing team in Auckland and Gisborne and together they have supported 90 families across the country into home ownership from 2019-2022. Susan sits on a number of Community Committees that support the growth and development of pacific families through Social Housing and her village, Kolomotu’a, Tonga.
